The collaborative schools have been  designed and provide enough time, room, and resources through its field labs to nurture about four to five  incubatees- every year. The in-person and virtual modes of  experiential exchange of ideas, in-sights, personal resilience  and brand strategies are re-inforced with Mentoring Walks through galleries, living nature scenarios and digital exchanges. We work with a wide range of partners  to support  residencies and exchanges.

The quality time spent over a Residency, in-person, virtual or attachment with eco cultural community based organization or the Master Coach,  is symbolic of its cultural  meaning and practice of abiding in an eco imagineered habitat! The incubatees are recognised as facilitators of the process of eco creativity, eco-preneurship & resilience.

The project period of 6 to 9 months is seen as fostering a culture that values shared ownership, exploration, exchange, and interaction. In essence it is deep engaged learning with the context at hand by connecting the roots to the universal. This facet makes it vital to the eco creativity  ecosystem and  allows it to serve as an interface between various  fields of creativity, innovation, resiliencd and  domains beyond. The caring touch is clearly intended as means of individual and professional growth while also  raising profiles with the  immediate and the under way creative,  community, and economic consequences.

There are no specified project assignment requirements for approved residents who are invited to innovate and develop new notions or further improve existing work still in development.​The Residencies are offered at no cost to participants, preferably to  Field Mentors & Associates, who are responsible for covering their own studio materials and travel expenses. Any creative person  who will be 18 years or older at the time of their registration is eligible subject to approval of their project ideas and final induction.
